1. Do you provide the script for my home tour video?
- Yes! Although many of our clients do write their own scripts, we do understand some might need a little help in that so just reach out to us! However, do note that scripting is an add-on service that will come with additional costs.
2. Does it cost more to shoot in a private condo?
- Charges are based on the size of the property, regardless of its type. For landed homes, we look at the build-up area. So it will only cost more if the property is more than 1600 square feet.
3. Do you include shots of the facilities and amenities too?
- Yes, as long as it’s done within the stipulated duration of the shoot, typically around 3 hours for most shoots.
4. I need a branding video. How do I begin?
- First, you will need to know what is the message you want to bring across to your audience. You will then proceed to write your script. However, if you are not sure how to go about writing your script, we are able to help you with that as an add-on service. Thereafter, with the script and messaging, we will then plan the scenes to be shot together with you.
5. How early do I need to make a booking?
- As demand may peak during certain periods in the year, we recommend at least two weeks in advance for the preparation for your video production.
6. When can I expect my video to be ready? What is the post-production turnaround time?
- We understand that time is of the essence in your business. Hence, it will take around 7 to10 business days for home tour videos, while all other videos will take between 10 to 14 business days.
7. I need my video urgently. Can I get it any faster?
- Yes. We do offer express post-production service that will be completed within three business days. However, please note that we will not be able to handle more than two express jobs at any point in time. Hence, this service will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
8. Do you take photos of the property too?
- Yes, we do! However, this will come as an additional service. Clients who have already engaged us for video shoot in the same property will be entitled to exclusive rates. However, in the event, you would prefer this service as a standalone project, do contact us for further discussions.
